Position Description
The University of Chicago’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a full-time Clinical Associate for a renewable two-year term. The  appointee will have outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. The majority of time will be spent in outpatient obstetrics and gynecology. Inpatient responsibilities will include Labor & Delivery coverage for day/night/weekend shifts as part of the obstetric call pool and potentially covering the gynecology service including surgeries. We especially welcome applicants with an interest in general obstetrics & gynecology with expertise in ambulatory practice building. This position does not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
